Post Ready Media offers a 30-day refund period for the Small Business Review Response Toolkit. Orders are processed by ClickBank. Requests involving a refund, charge, receipt, or order lookup should be submitted through ClickBank Order Support.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed by ClickBank according to its applicable customer-order policies and are returned through the payment process used for the order. ClickBank may administer returns in accordance with its own policies and the ClickBank Client Contract.
